Processing Time
All orders are processed within 24 hours of purchase. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Rates (Australia Only)
We currently offer Standard Shipping within Australia. Rates are based on order weight.

Delivery Times
Express orders are estimated to arrive within 1–4 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. Rural and regional areas may take longer.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be emailed so you can monitor your delivery.

• We currently ship within Australia only.
