Ivy's Homemade Chilli Garlic Oil was first made in 2018 in Footscray where Ivy worked as a Head Chef. At that time there were plenty of chilli garlic oil available in the market. However she couldn't find one to her liking that she can use in her cooking so decided to make her own. 

By Christmas of 2020 Ivy's Homemade Chilli Garlic Oil giveaways has been well recieved and liked by relatives and friends because of its appetising taste, perfect balance of flavour and heat. Inquiries on where they could buy the chilli kept pouring in. Thus she decided to make it commercially available and the rest is history. Presently Ivy's Homemade Chilli Garlic Oil is a fully licensed home-based business with distributors and 50 plus retailers across metropolitan Melbourne and regional Victoria. 

Although the business has grown we are proud to say that quality is still our top priority. Our mutli award winning chilli garlic oil is still made, bottled and sealed in our own home kitchen. Made with passion in small batches to ensure that every jar we send out to our valued customers is as good as the very first jar we ever made. Ivy's Homemade Chilli Garlic Oil is 100% vegan, gluten free, nuts free, preservatives and MSG free.
